Online Order Shipping at Bronte Wellness Boutique
Shipping is only available to eligible mailing addresses within the province on Ontario, Canada. All other orders will be rejected. Orders are shipped from our storefront location:

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and if an item is returned, shipping costs will be deducted from refunds (if applicable). If an is unclaimed or the purchaser provides the wrong address, additional shipping fees and administrative charges will apply.

Shipment Processing
All orders for in-stock items will be processed within 2-3 business days, and after processing, will be shipped next-day delivery via Canada Post. Items not in stock will be ordered in, and usually arrive within 2-3 weeks, however we cannot guarantee that items will be received by the manufacturer within this timeframe.

Receiving Shipments
Bronte Wellness Boutique is not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen during transport, or found to be undeliverable for any reason. If your shipment doesn’t arrive when expected, or if shipment packaging is open or damaged, please contact Canada Post and cite the tracking number provided with your order confirmation.

Return/Exchange Shipping
When returning or exchanging a product, you may visit our Oakville location in person or send the item via pre-paid mail to:

You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or shipment insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
