I have lived for a number of years now without eating refined sugars and my true passion is adapting classic recipes into equally tasty refined sugar free recipes. In my spare time you’ll find me at farmers markets, local farms picking my own fruits and vegetables to make delicious refined sugar free food, at my family cottage enjoying the outdoors, and making my own organic beauty products.
