I specialize in working with clients experiencing grief due to different types of losses, including the loss of a loved one or other changes in life that feel like an emotional loss, such as separation, disability, emigration, pet loss, amongst others. I’m also very passionate about helping people navigate through transitional phases in life such as divorce, becoming an empty nester or transitioning into menopause. It is through hope and self-empowerment that I help people navigate challenging times by assisting people to draw from they innate resilience and courage to promote mental, social and spiritual healing. My goal is to empower you with tools to promote well-being and healthy coping mechanisms when facing daily life struggles.
In my free time I love baking, I have a passion for making designer cakes. I enjoy the combination of baking and art, as well as the meditative dimension to it. Most recently I started taking stand-up comedy classes, I like humour as a means to enhance well-being.
