Within 10 minutes, this delicious snack will be your quick and easy solution for any chocolate craving.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup almond butter

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup maple syrup (use less if you prefer)

1  tbsp vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups gluten-free rolled oats

1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup chia seeds

Directions:

Melt coconut oil in a pot over low heat. Stir in almond butter, cocoa powder and maple syrup. Once smooth, remove from heat and add vanilla. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well until combines. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a spoon to scoop 2 tbsp of mixture onto the paper to form each cookie. Makes 32 cookies. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set. Serve or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
